DJFL Cheer Photo Form

IMPORTANT: Please ensure your cheeleader has this form completed with payment on the morning of the competition. Their photos are taken in the morning prior to competition.

This form is to order posed individual photos, team pictures, and specialty gifts that are taken on competition day, prior to the performance. Digital orders will be sent 7 business days after the competition. Printed photos & Gifts will be mailed to your home address so please ensure that is printed on the order form.
